The Library Board of Trustees meets at 1:00 p.m.​​ on the fourth Thursday of each month, unless noted, in the Dale E. Moon Community Room of the Library, 215 W. Union St., Berrien Springs, MI 49103 unless otherwise posted.

Meetings are open to the public.
